Tony Singh, Executive Chef and Proprietor of Oloroso, Castle Street, is currently appearing on the fifth series of the BBC’s Great British Menu. To celebrate his appearance Oloroso will be offering Tony’s full Great British Menu in the restaurant throughout summer.
